Terms of use

  1. Anime-Miako Terms of Use

    On doing the registration, you automatically accept the rules below. We made them for a good community climate in this board, so please respect and don't break them.

  2. § 1 – Netiquette

    Respect other users and handle them as you want to be handled. Accept their opinions and don't insult them!

  3. § 2 – Private Data of members

    Don't post private data of other users without their permission.

  4. § 3 – Accounts

    You are not allowed to make more than 1 account! If we find another account of you, it will be banned. We also don't delete accounts - if you don't want to be here anymore, you can delete all relevante data on your own and afterwards go wherever you want.

  5. § 4 – Creating of Posts

    Please don't spam! If you want to say something, think about it before making a post and don't make posts of 1 or 2 words. Otherwise it will be declared as spam. Format your posts well, that other users can read it easier. If you want to say "thanks", use our thx bot oder send a PM to the user you want to say thx.

  6. § 5 – Creating of Threads

    Before you create a thread, look if there is maybe a similar otherone, which you can use and where you can post. Look that you create your thread in the right subboard. If you don't know where to post, ask a moderator. Use a meaningful thread title that other users can find and understand it easier. Don't push old threads without a good reason.

  7. §6 - Advertisment

    Advertisments of other sites are not allowed! Advertisments of sites which may helpful to solving problems etc. are allowed.

  8. § 7 – Cracks, Serials, P2P & Warez Sites

    It is not allowed to post or link illegal cracks, serials, P2P or Warez Sites!

  9. § 8 – Avatars and Signatures

    You can upload avatars of 150x150 Pixel with maximal 75 KB. Your Signature can be maximal 500 signs long. You can use 1 image in your signature of max. 650x200 Pixel and 1024KB. Multimedia content is not allowed in the signature! Here also counts the Nettiquette of §1 and the advertisment rules §6!

  10. § 9 – Fansubs

    You can post fansubs in "Fansub Releases" or in the fitting download area. Popular releases can be posted in both areas - please ask an administrator before doing it.

  11. § 10 – Lolicon and Shotacon

    Lolicon and Shotacon is allowed as long as it doesn't get linked or compared with child pornography. Child pornography is absolutely forbidden!

  12. Final Terms

    Please also read the additional rules in the other subboards! They have this terms as base and have to be respected too. This terms and rules are valid for the Anime-Miako BOARD. Don't copy them without permission of the administration! We can edit this rules anytime without asking you again.
